Inspo vs. Install
It’s exciting to see the finished product of this great room. We started in this room when creating the concept for the entire home. Once the sofa and rug were chosen, everything else seemed to fall into place. Check out our post on IG for the full effect!
Final Install Days
We are nearing the end of this project in Yorba Linda. It’s been a fun (as you can see from the last clip) and unique experience as the homeowners were very hands off, allowing us to make all selections - their only request being a minimal design of “comfortable neutrals that can be installed within the month“. This quick deadline meant only sourcing items that were available now and all hands on deck!
We thoughtfully chose a soft palette throughout the five bedroom home with easy to love bedding, furniture, and accessories. Shout out to the companies below for their fantastic service along the way!
Install Day One…
Day one and some major deliveries made!
Our vision is coming to fruition over here in Yorba Linda. Great room rugs and sofa are in, as well as the dining room rug, table, bench, and buffet. Tomorrow we have some major artwork placement decisions to make before the installer will be joining us on site. Thanks for following along!
✨Tile Tuesday ✨
We are in the beginning stages of tile placement over here! We chose a variety of shapes and colors to use throughout the three bathrooms, all unified in their soft tones and warm embrace. Stay tuned for the final product!

Las Vegas Market 2023
Two days of #lasvegasmarket2023 fever! With 30 floors of showrooms divided amongst some 3,500 product lines in the furniture, home decor, and gift categories, there is so much to see. Overall it was a successful trip as we placed several orders for ongoing projects and took in as much as we could fit during our visit. As always, @lasvegasmarket did not disappoint!
Mood Board Monday...
A warm and cozy interior with a coastal nod, the goal of this design is for visiting families to feel welcome and comfortable during their stay in Orange County. This is just a glimpse at the dozens of pieces we sourced for this project. We’re excited to see this project come to life soon. Next stop- purchasing!
Fabric Friday
Talk about a WOW factor with these new @romo_fabrics fabrics and wallpapers! Many of these are the @temperleylondon + Romo partnership collection and they are truly whimsical. The collection aimed to be a“ a utopia of dream, like prince, romantic, embroideries, and indulgent weaves that in the rapture the senses”. Work in Progress…
The past couple of days we have been putting our heads down and GRINDING to get this quick project all sourced before our deadline! Normally we have several months to complete an install on an entire home but this one had different needs- the goal here was to fill the five bedroom home as quickly as possible which means sourcing pieces that are available for pickup or quick ship only! Our target is to have the home completely done next month. 🤩
New Project Alert!
This week we are starting a new project for a home in Yorba Linda. This one is a bit different in that we will source items in person locally, as it has a very quick turnaround for when the family needs it. Let the fun begin!

In our Studio we have this collection of Blaze tiles but couldn’t decide which color we preferred. So we asked our viewers on IG which ones were their favorites! Bathroom Reveal!
It is a privilege when a contractor from previous projects hires you for their own remodels. We absolutely loved working with the Gannons on the remodel of their primary bath. Their dogs are super cute and curious and this one in particular wanted to know how things were going! Check out the video on IG for the before and after!

Custom Rug Sizing
When shopping for a new rug, please don’t think that you are limited to the size options available on a website or in a catalog. There are brands out there that offer custom sizing! We have a few of our favorites that offer this and we are sure your designer does too! Ask to see vendors that offer custom sizes and be rest assured that you no longer will have to force in a rug that doesn’t suit the room!
